the ring

So, it's been a bit of a busy week. The news channels all had the DFW area in an uproar over Ike effecting our weather and all these "heavy winds and rain". Well, nothing ever came of it in our area, though let it be known that my heart goes out to those who were effected by the storm... On a lighter note (and the reason for this post) I proposed to Ashley this past Sunday. The photographs from that day are still being edited, but who wants to see the ring!?!
Marty Kneeland of Vinosus Jewelry really came through and custom made an incredible engagement ring! We first met him and his wife at the Main Street Arts Festival in downtown Fort Worth last spring and fell in love with his work.
