I read somewhere that a portrait (painted portrait) is a way an artist can express how they 'see' the individual they are painting. They can express it through color, tone, expression, and in what way the person in the portrait is portrayed. With a lens, it gets tougher; capturing someones personality, someones essence, but these photos do reveal how I see her: soft, inviting, strong, honest, warm, and always beautiful.

these are awesome. the last one is my fav i think, although all of them are incredible. it's cool to see her through "your eyes" :0) great work, of course....
